4. Ticket Purchases for Events

Enamor Kitchen sells tickets for live events. By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions specific to each event, including any cancellation policies or event-specific rules.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our business (selling tickets for events), we do not offer returns or refunds for ticket purchases unless an event is canceled or rescheduled. In case we have to cancel an event, we will inform you via Email and offer a full refund to your original method of payment, or a voucher to be used towards another event.

However, if you need to cancel your attendance:

• Cancellation up until 14 days before the event: You will receive 100% refund.

• Cancellation 14 - 7 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellation 7 days or less before the event: You will not receive a refund.

Please email us if you need to cancel your attendance at any event you’ve booked.

7. Squarespace, Stripe, and PayPal

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell tickets to you. Your purchases are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, which governs your use of their payment processing services.
