Valentina Bedoya is the culinary mastermind behind Enamor Kitchen, where traditional Latin flavors meet modern creativity. Born and raised in Colombia, Valentina’s passion for food began at an early age, inspired by the vibrant markets and rich culinary traditions of her homeland.
Initially, she took a classical route in her career, studying and graduating as a lawyer specializing in human rights. However, after working for law firms, she longed for a more fulfilling role that combined her passion for food with her love for people and nourishing them.
Determined to follow her true calling, Valentina left the corporate world behind and embarked on a culinary journey. She trained in local kitchens and international culinary schools, honing her skills and developing a unique approach to cuisine that blends authenticity with innovation.
Love eventually brought Valentina to Germany, where she decided to pursue her dream by founding her brand, Enamor - New Latin Cuisine. As the name suggests, she stays true to her heritage while adding a modern twist, transforming every meal into an unforgettable experience.
At Enamor, Valentina brings her zest for life and culinary expertise to Frankfurt, offering bespoke catering, private chef experiences, interactive cooking classes, and vibrant events like Taco Tuesday.

Enamor Boutique was an 8-month pop-up sensation in the heart of Frankfurt’s city center. As the debut outlet of the Enamor brand, it brought the vibrant philosophy of New Latin Cuisine to life.
With a menu full of delicious creations and weekly changing specials, it became the go-to spot for food lovers looking for authentic Latin American food with a modern interpretation. Our birria and vegan tacos were so popular they literally flew out the door, and the ever-changing dishes kept everyone coming back for more.
Enamor Boutique didn’t just win hearts; it turned heads. Media buzzed, and Chef Valentina Bedoya was recognized as #2 best new restaurant opening (Frankfurt geht aus!) and top 3 Latin American restaurant in Frankfurt (Journal Frankfurt) in 2023.
